- No collection. We have no server for this app and receive none of your data.

- Your records stay on your device. They leave only when you export or share them.
What the app stores
Everything you enter in Taper Log (your records, settings and any photos you attach) is stored on your device. We do not have access to it.
What we collect
Nothing. Taper Log does not connect to a SomexAI server. We do not collect names, email addresses, device identifiers, location, usage data or crash reports through the app. If you contact us by email, we keep that email to answer you.
Health-related information
You may use Taper Log to record health-related information about yourself or someone in your care. That information is stored on your device and is never transmitted to us. Taper Log is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, does not calculate or recommend doses or treatment, and is not a substitute for your clinician's instructions.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to the transaction. Restore Purchases uses your Apple Account with Apple only.
Notifications
If you turn on reminders, Taper Log schedules local notifications on your device. They are not sent through a server and we do not know whether you use them.
Exports and sharing
When you export a PDF or CSV, the file is created on your device and goes only where you choose to send it (AirDrop, Mail, Files, print). We never see it.
Children
Taper Log is intended for adults, including parents and caregivers recording information on behalf of a child. Because the app collects no personal information, we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Deleting your data
Use Delete All in the app's Settings, or delete the app from your device. Both remove everything the app stored.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes what it does with your information, we will update this page and the effective date, and describe the change in the app's release notes.
