Nowhere. The forms run entirely in your browser. What you type is kept in this browser's own storage so a half-finished form survives a refresh, and it is gone when you clear the form or clear your browser data. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account, and we cannot see what you entered — which also means we cannot recover it for you.
Use Print / save as PDF. Every form has a print layout that drops the buttons and notes and prints the document itself. In the print dialog choose "Save as PDF" as the destination.
That is your call and your employer's, not ours. The forms carry the elements the relevant standard asks for, but they are not approved by any authority, and your own written program may require more. Check one against your program before using it on live work.
On purpose. Where a figure belongs to your own program — an acceptable oxygen range, a required run time — we leave it blank rather than printing a number that looks authoritative. A form that told you what was safe would be making a judgement that belongs to the person doing the work.
