Fire Pump Weekly Test Record

NFPA 25 ch. 8 · no-flow (churn) test · records produced for the AHJ and the insurer

Run the pump, record the readings, print it for the file. Nothing is sent to a server — the form keeps a draft in this browser only. The diesel block is simply left blank on an electric pump.

This page reports what you wrote down. It does not declare a pump compliant, acceptable or failed — the frequency your jurisdiction requires and the judgement about a reading both belong to you and to the authority having jurisdiction, not to this form.

The annual test is the one that matters, and it needs the weeklies behind it

An annual flow test is judged against the pump's nameplate, and an inspector will ask for the run of weekly records leading up to it. Fifty-two sheets a year, per pump, in a binder.
