Worked upward from what it replaces, not downward from a competitor's price list.

A compliance officer spending four hours a month chasing acknowledgements and rebuilding binders, at a loaded rate near $55 an hour, is about $2,600 a year of time — before a survey is even scheduled.
A single survey finding on policy management costs a plan of correction, a re-visit, and weeks of scramble.
$6,000 a year is $500 a month, which in most facilities sits under the threshold where one person can sign. That matters more than the absolute number.

We are early, and the price reflects it. This product has no customers yet. The first ten facilities get implementation waived and direct access to the person building it, in exchange for a reference and permission to record a walkthrough. If you want a vendor with a hundred logos on the wall, we are not that yet — and it would be strange to pretend otherwise on a page about honesty in documentation.

Questions a purchasing office asks

Is there a minimum term?

One year, invoiced annually. If you leave, you take your data with you — policies, versions and acknowledgement records export to file, and we do not hold them hostage to a renewal.

What happens if our staff count doubles?

Nothing. The price is per facility. Agency and per-diem swings are exactly why it is not per seat.

Can we pay by purchase order?

Yes. We invoice against a PO number on net-30 terms and can supply a W-9 and certificate of insurance during vendor onboarding.

Do you charge for support?

No. Support is included, and at this size it is the person who wrote the software.
